After learning that the Radeon RX 6700 XT will be presented on March 3, 2021, as per tradition they begin to leak on the net the first images of the custom versions of this highly anticipated new GPU.
On the other hand, there is no shortage of time even for the arrival on the market, since the latest news on the matter brings us to March 18 of this year. But what do we know about this card?
The AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT will be a mid-range card 12 GB of video memory on 192-bit bus. As per tradition, therefore, not even on this GPU the company has decided to skimp on VRAM.
The first Navi 22 XT GPU it will have 40 Compute Units for a total of 2560 Cores, but unfortunately we do not yet have official data on the calculation frequencies. However, we know that the TGP will be around 230 W.
As reported by the source, Asus is preparing a version Reference and three Custom for this card. The first two cards that emerged are the TUF version and the Dual version.
The Asus Radeon RX 6700 XT Dual 12 GB it is a version without factory overclocking. Therefore, following the frequencies established by the manufacturer, this variant could have a Navi22-B GPU with reduced TGP. The dimensions stand at 29.7 cm in length and almost 3 slots in thickness. Power will be provided by one 6-pin and one 8-pin slot.
Moving on on the Asus Radeon RX 6700 XT TUF Gaming OC 12 GB, on this card we will have a Navi22-A GPU with unchanged TGP. The TUF will occupy almost 3 slots in thickness, for a length of 32.2 cm. Two 8-pin power connections will be required on this version, and the heatsink design also looks slightly reworked compared to the 6800 XT TUF.
