An almost everyday problem. Whatsapp allows users to easily share messages and photos; However, finding a specific message after days or weeks of conversation is difficult if you don’t know how to use the tools offered by the application.

The most organic way to search for a message in Whatsapp is going to the chat, go to the button Settings (the three dots in the corner) and click Search. In the case that you use Apple iOS, the procedure begins by clicking on the name of the person you are talking to or the group you are in to enter the conversation. Only in there will you have the option Search in chat.

Once in the search engine, write the keyword you want to find in the chat of Whatsapp and, with the help of two arrows, you can go to the next or previous message as the case may be.

In case you want to search for a keyword in all the chats of Whatsapp, you will have to open the application, enter the tab Chats and click on the magnifying glass icon. There enter the text you want to search and that’s it.
