iPhone 12, Anker surpasses Apple: here is the MagSafe battery pack

Following the rumors of a few days ago, we return to treat on these pages the arrival of new accessories for the iPhone 12 and MagSafe.

Well, according to what was reported by 9to5Mac and The Verge, Anker has overtaken Apple in the “race” to market a MagSafe compatible battery pack. The company has in fact unveiled the arrival of the product, which can be hooked directly on the back of the iPhone 12.

In particular, Anker’s battery pack, called PowerCore Magnetic 5K Wireless Power Bank, features one 5000mAh battery and is capable of charging iPhone 12 mini from 0% to 100%. As for, however, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, we arrive respectively at 95%, 97% and 75%.

In conclusion, Anker anticipated Apple as regards this type of accessory. We recall that until recently it was rumored that the Cupertino company was experiencing various problems during the construction of a MagSafe battery pack. More precisely, excessive overheating would have been detected.

In any case, the Anker battery pack has already appeared on Amazon USA: according to the sources, the price will be $ 39.99. The first shipments, as regards abroad, will start from March 3, 2021.
