And in the case of this funny Microlino, it is necessary to remember that mythical Isetta that already in the 50s of the last century dared with a design without doors and opening thanks to a mobile front.
In this case, the electric Microlino is burning stages and the company has already announced that they just finished building a first fully functional prototype that will give way to another three during this same 2021. The objective? Pass all the homologation processes and have everything ready for series production of this small utility vehicle to begin on September 21.
Built to resist
This Microlino (already 2.0) has been built using aluminum and steel to give greater strength to its chassis and make it really tough against potential crashes. Keep in mind that It is a structure made of a single piece, which gives it enormous rigidity and stability when we drive it on the road. Of course, practically everything we see on the outside is a red and white housing that embellishes it.

Anyway, it seems that they are still propping up the last details of that dashboard, but what seems clear is that It will have a screen where it will inform us of the speed, speed, battery charge and configuration of comfort systems. As it is a prototype, it remains to be seen how they will solve the installation of lights (LEDs) on the back and front, although According to the images released by the company, for the moment it has placed them on the front of the mirrors. As for the engine, if the data offered by Micro Mobility Systems AG do not change months ago, we will have an engine capable of propelling the car at a maximum speed of 90 km / h. and a battery that will offer between 125 and 200 kilometers of autonomy, depending on the option we choose when buying it. After its launch in summer, the brand wants to obtain approval for the European Union just before starting production in September.
